There will be four rounds of revisions:

• 0. Payment & Refund
ㅤㅤㅤEither 50% downpayment before sketch then the rest after approved sketch. Or Full payment before sketch. Payment via Paypal or Kofi in USD ($). I will send the Paypal email once request/sketch is approved.

ㅤㅤㅤIf the commission has not yet begun (once started, it will be marked as SKETCH ), you may request a full refund. However, any payment or platform fees incurred must be covered by you. Once the final sketch is approved, refunds will not be provided moving forward (This is due to AI training/usage scams of sketches/WIPs).

• 1. First round – Composition sketch
ㅤ
ㅤㅤㅤAt this stage, I will confirm the character’s pose and overall composition with you. If you have pose references, one sketch will be provided. If not, I will prepare 2–3 simple sketches for you to choose from.

• 2. Second round – Basic sketch draft

ㅤㅤㅤHere, I will complete the details of the character and background. Please note that the lines in this draft will be relatively rough.

• 3.Third round – Color draft
ㅤ
ㅤㅤㅤThis step confirms the overall color palette/lighting. Contrast and saturation may change later on.

• 4.Fourth round – Rendering

ㅤㅤㅤRendering and editing happens. I will finish the artwork and deliver the final piece.

• 5. Files Sent

ㅤㅤㅤFiles will be sent via email/message with a Google Drive Link to download the photos.ㅤ

• Even after delivery, you can still request changes if needed—MINOR adjustments are always free, and you may point out issues later if they come to your attention.

• Each revision stage includes up to three rounds of amendments. Beyond three rounds, major changes will incur an additional charge of 10% of the total commission fee.

• Base color change of details like hair, skin etc. won't be possible after the approval of the "color draft". This is due to the layers being combined into one layer during rendering.

• By purchasing my services, you agree to the following conditions.• I retain all rights over the artwork(s) and reserve the right use it in my portfolio unless specified not to display.• All details in the commission page are read and understood. You agree to the terms as stated in the commission page.• Do not claim my art as your own or altering the artwork without my consent.• I have the right to use and alter rejected sketches and concepts for future project.• The price listed are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially unless you pay for the monetized/commercial use fee.• Personal: Using as share as profile picture/banner/pose with credit, personal gifts, art collections, personal imagery for games/roleplay (D&D, ttrpg), etc. Not used used as giveaways/promotion etc. as brand/monetization purpose. SHOWCASE ON STREAM/VIDEO in unmonetized showcasing of image/art (not used as asset/branding/monetization).• Monetized: POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA (Ads) in Promoting DIRECT REVENUE such as sponsored posts, event promos, merch promos, monetised social media post. USING FOR LIVESTREAM/BRAND as Part of your BRANDING/UI such as panels, logos, overlays emotes, stingers, backgrounds stream assets: avatars, vtuber model, etc.• Commercial: CREATING & SELLING DERIVATIVE DIGITAL GOODS such as membership rewards Patreon, Kofi etc., art for music (Youtube, Spotify, etc.), digital wallpaper for fans and etc. CREATING & SELLING DERIVATIVE
PHYSICAL GOODS such as any printed and physical goods tote bags, pouches, keychains, stickers, candles, labels, etc.• Failure to disclose its purpose or using the product outside of its agreed upon intended purpose will be BLACKLISTED and REPORTED.• Posting the commission on social media with credit to WoeIsMeep is mandatory (due to identity/brand/art theft).• I have the right to publish your commission online for my portfolio unless requested otherwise.• Completion time may vary. It depends on many factors such as; how fast the client responds or revisions they need, health, commission slot, complexity, work, or irl issues. Expect me to finish your commission in 1 week - 2 months.• Clients will be notified if there are any delays and keep you updated on the progress of your order.• Clients can track their order progress through my Trello or by contacting me.• Rush fee require additional discussion, please contact me through my contact information.• In the situation where you do obtain the sketch or lineart, you may NOT use or profit from the thumbnail, sketch or lineart in any shape or form including but not limited to tracing, using any section as a YCH (your character here) template or heavy referencing.• In case of trading a character that contains my art, you may add the price you bought it for as value• I do not allow My art to be used for A.I., blockchain related, or NFT.• If you go against the TOS, I have the right to BLACKLIST you and inform other artists for their protection.• Please consult me about the subject matter if you are unsure.
